Its mostly about the vegetables this month with lots of great produce coming out of the fields. Learn all about community support agriculture as we host Vermont Valley farm. Join us for a beet salad with fresh dill and balsamic vinegar followed by a zucchini tart with Gruyère cheese to start things off. Our main course will be a savory ratatuoille with rustic Italian bread. Seasonal ice cream will follow our artisan cheese board.
