SGM Board of Trustees

Spirit of Greater Madison (SGM) Trustees shall act as voting members of the Board of Trustees with full authority and the responsibility to assist in managing the business affairs of SGM, including, but not limited to, implementing policies, procedures, contracts and investments related to the operation of SGM. Also assists with the monitoring of SGM’s financial health, programs and overall performance. Provides the GMCVB with resources to meet the needs of those SGM serves.
