Best Western Plus Inn on the Park recently announced plans for a $10 million renovation to begin in Fall 2015. This property is Madison's only Capitol Square hotel and the proposal features a new exterior and entrance, complete room renovations, lobby and restaurant reconfiguration, and a name change to The Park Hotel.
The Edgewater is now open after a $100-million renovation and expansion. The hotel is located downtown on the shores of Lake Mendota, steps away from the Capitol Square and State Street. It has more than 200 rooms, a full-service spa and a beautiful dining room with breathtaking views of Lake Mendota.
The Holiday Inn Express and Suites-Madison Central is Madison's newest hotel, located within walking distance of the Alliant Energy Center and just minutes from Monona Terrace and downtown Madison. It opened in November with 111 guest rooms and the Olin Room, which can accommodate up to 50 for your next meeting or event.
Best Western Plus InnTowner and Highland Club recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation of its common areas and 176 guest rooms including new carpet and pillow-top mattress bedding. Plus, they're the only hotel in Madison featuring personal Keurig Coffee Machines.
