It’s springtime, and most destinations are just waking up! Here in the Madison area however, we’ve been active all winter long (the skiing was great by the way). Even so, we’re just as anxious to begin a new season, enjoy a host of our destination’s signature activities and help provide all of our visitors with truly authentic experiences.

As always, arts and culture activities throughout the Madison area are in full bloom. From downtown boutiques to the “main street” shops of our surrounding communities; the area’s distinct shopping districts feature the season’s newest trends and unique versions of the old standards. Springtime visitors to Madison will once again enjoy the abundant, organic produce that is readily available throughout our area – and found at the plentiful farmers markets (including the nation’s top-ranked Dane County Farmers’ Market), or on the tables of the many great local and ethnically diverse restaurants.

Madison - where you can easily go to extremes and climb, bike, hike, sail or just take in a lake soaked sunset. Dine, dance, laugh, listen, applaud or just watch the world go by on State Street.

Be effortlessly enriched, both emotionally and intellectually – here in Madison.
