- Lead and participate in Downtown Convention Hotel Development efforts
- Engage in Monona Terrace/GMCVB Best Practices Study
- Explore viability and value of future Public Facilities District and Destination Customer Service Program
- Participate in Destination Access enhancement dialogue
FUND DEVELOPMENT
- Maximize partnership development programs to retain existing partner revenue
- Develop and implement sales plan to generate new partner revenue
- Engage partners in marketing program opportunities and initiatives
- Develop and implement plan to retain and grow Municipal Partnerships and Dane County investment
- Advocate for long-term TOT investment strategy with the City of Madison
- Develop and implement strategic fund development plan for Spirit of Greater Madison
