My Account Guide

The Basics

After your account is activated, you will receive an email containing your username and password as well as a link to the member login page.  Contact us if you need your account to be activated, or if you can't remember your login/password.

The Partner login will look like the example below.

Once you are logged in, the inside of the Partner Login section will look like the example below.

You can now browse through our Tools area, with resources to fully utilize your partnership; the GMCVB Events area, with information regarding upcoming events you can attend; view FAQ to answer common questions; or visit the My Account area to manage your profile.

To manage your profile, click on My Account. This section will look like the example below.

You will have access to some or all of these basic tools (depending on your security privileges):

The Account Detail screen. From here, you can:

• Edit your account info: Address, Phone Number, etc.
• Add your contacts that will be associated with your account.

The Listings tab will allow you to edit your listing info.

• Clicking the Edit button will allow the user to update certain information that is displayed on the website such as: Website, Email, Phone, Address Listing description
