Our Premier Hotel Reservation Service simplifies housing and enriches your event by offering exclusive benefits and comprehensive support to attendees and planners. In addition, reservations within 30 days of the event can also be managed using Travelocity® so all attendance tracking data is captured for future planning.

• HOTEL SELECTION: Attendees book online through a customized event Web page with all pertinent hotels, rates, maps and amenities. Options include multiple room selection and room layout.
  
  
• ACCESS 24/7: Post the Web page on your registration page or send in an e-mail or postcard - it's always available. No password or code to remember!
  
  
• CONFIRMATION: Hotel blocks are updated in real time so there's no doubt about availability. Plans change? Confirmation includes a "change" link to make any adjustments.
  
  
• VIPS & STAFF: Create an exclusive sub-block code for specific rooms or suites. Give special consideration to your VIP guests and staff.

Planner Support:

• HOTEL SETUP: The GMCVB sends out the leads to hotels, collects contracts, sets up approved blocks on your exclusive Meeting Max website and assures all post-event assessment and rebates are collected and forwarded in a timely manner. Saves time!
  
  
• ACCESS = CONTROL: Since information is real time, you have the opportunity to close out a hotel temporarily if nearing fulfillment and force bookings at a hotel that is not yet full. Easy to manage!
  
  
• REAL-TIME REPORTS: Track reservation activity and manage in real time, run post-event too. Timely data helps prove your ROI and provides an accurate history for future events. It's the data you need now!
