4th Annual Kickin' it 4 Autism

Join us for our 4th Annual Kickin' it 4 Autism! Get your team of at least 10 together and come join us at the DeForest Athletic Complex. The tournament will begin at 10am.

Early Bird Registration: $150/team through May 30th
Regular Registration: $200/team through July 15th
Late Registration: $250/team through August 26th

Each team member will need to fill out the individual waiver form the day of the tournament.
