OVERVIEW
The theme of "A Child Is Born" reflects the feelings of joy and warmth around the Christmas season. The concert features the famous excerpt of similar namesake “For Unto Us A Child Is Born” from Handel's Messiah and also a couple of mother & son composers on the program, Sandra & Mitchell Eithun, and Sondra & Benjamin Tucker. This concert is the premiere of a rare, antique set of English Handbells acquired by MACH this past summer! These unique bells are joined by Belleplates, bowed chimes, singing bells, and various percussion instrumentation to expand upon MACH’s 7 octaves of bells and chimes.

Doors open at 6:30 pm; A cookie reception follows the concerts.
