Fresh off his impressive debut on NBC’s hit cooking competition show, Yes, Chef!, Chef Jake is returning to his roots, and he’s not coming alone! Joining him in the kitchen will be a fellow competitor from the show, for an unforgettable 5-course dining experience. We’re thrilled to announce that Chef Peter Richardson, fresh from NBC’s Yes, Chef!, will join Chef Jake!

• Oxtail Croquette paired with parmesan aioli
• Crispy Octopus served with saffron aioli
• Venison Loin with purple yam purée and a cranberry jus
• Strawberry Panna Cotta starring fresh Wisconsin strawberries
