DelecTable is thrilled to welcome back alumni Chef Jake Lawler for a one-night-only spectacular event on June 12, 2025. Fresh off his impressive debut on NBC’s hit cooking competition show, Yes, Chef!, Chef Jake is returning to his roots, and he’s not coming alone! Joining him in the kitchen will be a fellow competitor from the show, for an unforgettable 5-course dining experience. We’re thrilled to announce that Chef Peter Richardson, fresh from NBC’s Yes, Chef!, will join Chef Jake!

Here’s what’s on the menu for this 5-course dining experience:

  • Beef Tartare with pickled onion, cornichon, and mustard greens
  • Oxtail Croquette paired with parmesan aioli
  • Crispy Octopus served with saffron aioli
  • Venison Loin with purple yam purée and a cranberry jus
  • Strawberry Panna Cotta starring fresh Wisconsin strawberries

General Seating: $95/person

The price of $125 on Tock reflects the base price of the dinner ($95) plus gratuity and fees.
