All proceeds will go toward the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County, and the goal is to raise $5,000.
A 90-minute social/networking hour will take place from 4:30 to 6 p.m., while the speakers will present from 6 to 8 p.m. that evening.
The Boys and Girls Club leads the way in programs to help nearly 7,500 young people and their families in Dane County.
We’ll have five speakers at the event who are experts in their respective topic.
Michael Johnson is the president and CEO of the Boys and Girls Club, and he'll present on the leadership skills he’s used to more than double the number of children and families being served in South Central Wisconsin and help the club raise more than $25 million during his eight-year tenure.
Diane Ballweg is the founder and president of Endres Manufacturing Company Foundation, and she’ll present on the leadership principles she’s learned in contributing millions of dollars to help fund hundreds of projects, programs and new school efforts in Madison, including the aviation program at Edgewood High School and the Diane Ballweg Theater at Edgewood College.
John McKenzie is the owner of McKenzie Apartment Company and will present of the principles of building wealth. He owns more than 1,500 apartment units and has developed more than 350 acres of single-family housing and condominiums in the Madison area that have a combined value of more than $250 million.
Mike Zilli is in the top 1% of mortgage originators in the United States at Fairway Mortgage, and he never takes appointments past 5 p.m. and prioritizes family vacations and spending time on the weekends with his wife and four children. He’ll share some of the principles he’s used to thrive in his family life while succeeding in his career.
Luke Briggs is the owner of Luke Briggs Fitness and a strength coach at Functional Integrated Training. He’s coached hundreds of athletes and everyday people on looking, feeling and performing their best. He’ll share important principles on what it means to be physically and mentally healthy.
