OVERVIEW
The Culver's Isthmus Bowl features the two best non-playoff teams from two elite football conferences — the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) and the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW). The two teams competing in the bowl game will be decided towards the end of the season.
