The Wisconsin Historical Museum will present a display of Wisconsin-made Evergleam aluminum Christmas trees on the first floor. This will be the fifth consecutive year that the Museum has presented a robust display with a replica 1960s living room and the eleventh time since 2005 that the Museum has highlighted the Evergleam in exhibits.

There’s more to these aluminum Christmas trees than nostalgia! These Wisconsin-made products can serve as a window into how people develop and celebrate holiday traditions, how consumer culture reflects its time, and how a Wisconsin company put itself at the center of a major American industry.

This is a free event. A suggested donation supports the Wisconsin Historical Museum. To protect your safety and ours, face masks are required for all guests and staff at our historic sites and museums.
