Want to teach your kids to grow stronger in body, mind and spirit? At this Raising STRONG Boot camp (perfect for kids ages 5-14 and the adults in their lives) we’ll teach exercises that’ll help boost confidence and build strength! Come learn about our boot camp from 9:30-10 am, and/or join us for our activity training from 10-11 am, or 11 am-noon, where we’ll lead 15-20 minute boot camp-style exercises that anyone can do! You and your kiddos will leave feeling great and inspired to lift others up, too.
