We will welcome Matt Smith from Blue Valley Gardens back to the winery for a feast surrounding his Spring asparagus. The evening will begin with asparagus and prosciutto followed by an asparagus shooter. Orechiette with asparagus will be served before our main course of grilled chicken with lemon and of course - asparagus. Our artisan cheese board will follow and we will complete the night with a berry panna cotta for dessert.
