Join us as we welcome our friends Jody and Emily back to the winery for another feast centered around their award wining farm-raised rabbit.
We will begin the evening with rabbit consomme followed by rabbit rillette with toasted crostini. Tagliatelle with rabbit ragu will be served before our main course of slow braised rabbit quarter with rosemary and white wine. Our artisan cheese board will follow and we will complete the evening with cream puffs with mascarpone whipped cream and chocolate genache.
