April has almost come to an end and we are looking forward to Spring. Our farm-to-table dinner will start with crostini and tomatoes followed by lentil salad vinaigrette. A Dijon Cognac Beef Stew will be our featured course for the night followed by our artisan cheese board. Campo di Bella Oreos will be for dessert.
