Summer is on its way. Celebrate the season at the winery this Saturday with a Farm-to-Table feast. We will start the evening with our spring salad mix from our fields followed by nettle soup with microgreens. Our main course will be wood fired pork roast with Meadowlark Organic's Cranberry beans. Our artisan cheese board will follow and we will complete the night with torta di ricotta with strawberry and rhubarb for dessert. Don't forget to make reservations for lodging at our farm-stay availability permitting.
