Pilates Newbie? Pilates Central will be here to show you the ropes! They’ll kick things off with stretching and show you the fundamental exercises that emphasize centering, concentration and control. Plus they’ll teach you the principles of breathing, body positioning and efficient movement. Be sure to bring a water bottle, workout shoes and appropriate clothing to help you move comfortably — we’ll provide the rest.
