OVERVIEW
The Friday Noon Musicales is First Unitarian Society of Madison’s distinguished artist recital series. Since 1971, FUS has offered this free noon-hour recital series as a gift to the community. The music performed is mostly classical, but folk, jazz, and musical theatre styles are presented on occasion.
- No ticket is required—Free and open to the public.

- Buses are welcome to drop off in our parking lot.
- Our facilities are handicap accessible.

Lawrence Quinnett, piano. In partnership with Madison’s Bach Around the Clock, this recital will feature their special guest artist who will play two Bach partitas. (Extended program, 12 pm – 1 pm)

Linda Warren, organ, piano, and harp. An all-Bach to celebrate the composer’s birthday week.

Josh Biere, tuba and Vincent Fuh, piano. Rachmaninoff’s Sonata for Cello and Piano.
April 8
In partnership with Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestra’s Music-Makers program, today’s Musicale will feature some of their distinguished teaching staff. Repertoire will include Beethoven and John Adams.
April 15
Helen Avakian & Dave Irwin. International Fingerstyle Guitar Champion and award-winning songwriter Helen Avakian and partner Dave Irwin will perform a wide variety of folk styles.
April 22
Jory Vinikour, harpsichord. The 2022 Mark Rosa Harpsichord Recital in conjunction with the Madison Early Music Festival. A program of Bull, Byrd, Bach, Scarlatti, Rameau, and Royer. (Extended program, 12 pm – 1 pm)
