OVERVIEW
Make friends, eat food, and have fun as our cheese experts lead you in an informative and interactive showcase of cheese. These classes will start with a 30-minute reception and cash bar for you to get to know the instructors, then they will lead you in your cheese board build. Come away with new knowledge of how to build your dream cheese board and a masterpiece that feeds four. Each class has a max capacity of 50 people. Pick 1 or all 3 but sign up today before the classes are full!
Who: Cheese board enthusiast and our expert instructors
What: Build your own cheese board class. It starts with a 30 minute reception with a cash bar for you to get to know the instructors then they will lead you in a 60 minute class.

In this class, we will focus on finding the perfect pair of cheese and companions while building a cheese board. Have you ever wondered what cheese is best with chocolate? Or how do you mellow down a blue cheese ?
Second Class: Luck of the Irish: 6 – 7:30 p.m., Thursday, March 16
Focused on Irish Cheese and stout beer pairing with Justin, our presenter. In this class, we will focus on Irish Cheese and stout beer pairings while building your own cheese board to take home.
Third Class: Spring Awakenings: 6 – 7:30 p.m., Thursday, April 13
Focused on fresh goat cheeses and other fresh cheeses with Justin, our presenter. In this class, we will focus on fresh goat cheeses and other fresh cheeses while building a cheese board to take home. If you ever are wondering what it means when we say the cheese is fresh or just want to know more about fresh cheese, this class is for you. -
