Come to our online Introduction to Meditation course Saturday, February 6, 2021 from 10:00am – 11:30pm. The course is offered free of charge and is open to the public. However, registration is required for this course. Registration will end Friday, February 5th at midnight. Please register prior to the deadline.

 

This new Introduction to Meditation course is an important tool to reach people searching for a solution to their "monkey mind" problems. The program introduces new meditators to simple meditation practices and has been updated with new videos by Rinpoche, experiential activities, and more.
