Jazz yoga pairs a Vinyasa flow with the improvisational stylings and musical expressions of jazz music. This flow gives a unique experience that focuses on movement & breath work to help align, develop and strengthen your mind-body connection.
Feel the rhythm in body and spirit as Lindsay guides you to move through a purposeful sequence of yoga postures that move in harmony with your body and the music.
This workshop welcomes all levels. Yoga helps build strength and endurance and increases balance and flexibility. Lindsay will provide variations for any problem areas. If you already have yoga experience, you can expand your practice with us!
Things you'll need:
- You should bring your own mat.
- You may also bring blocks and straps (pose variations can be given if needed.)
