Mark Lint's Dry Folk is eclectic folk. Mark writes wry lyrics delivered in a resonant baritone with memorable melodies, with a folky-acoustic style that often sprawls into groove, Latin, and even punk. Think Elvis Costello, Barenaked Ladies, Dave Matthews. He is joined by Iris Hutchings to add sweet harmonies and Rei Tangko who plays violin, keyboard, and whatever else is lying around.
Mitchell and Everett: a duo of acoustic musicians performing original compositions and reworked covers. Their vocals: sublime. Their lyrics: intriguing. Their stage presence: ridiculous. An experience not to be missed.
