Mental Health and Wellness Fall Festival

The Mental Health and Wellness Fall Festival will be unlike anything that has been done before. It is also the seminal fundraiser for a newly created non-profit organization, called the CEDAR Center (Connected Equine Development and Rehabilitation Center). The purpose of this event is to reduce mental health stigma while learning about and experiencing a wide variety of therapeutic modalities, such as wilderness therapy, dance movement therapy, expressive arts therapy, healing modalities like massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, reiki and so much more. We also hope to connect community members with these supportive resources by hosting vendors/exhibitors, facilitated panel presentations, interactive therapeutic demonstrations, a barn dance, family art and nature activities.
