Each dinner in the series pairs Chef Forster with a new guest chef, delivering a one-of-a-kind twist on the DelecTable Chef’s Tasting Experience. Expect bold flavors, inventive courses, and an intimate dining atmosphere where innovation is served on every plate.
For our inaugural event, Executive Chef Forster will team up with the innovative and celebrated Chef Dave Heide, chef/owner of Ollie’s and St. Charles Station, known across Madison for his bold flavors and community-driven approach to food.
