OVERVIEW
OLD MARKET PLACE: Divergence by the Lakeshore
A tour of this near-east-side neighborhood between East Washington Avenue and the shore of Lake Mendota will demonstrate how a historic factory, a water utility building, and a school have been adaptively repurposed into apartments. See both Madison's earliest Black neighborhood and the lakeside homes of the well-to-do.
Online reservations are required.
Ticket sales close 24 hours before the tour start time.
