Outstanding in the Field Dinner

J. Henry has been a hoot, a real blast—too much fun with so many great memories. This year, we’ll make new memories and try not to dwell on the past (though we can't resist mentioning that time with the tornado warning, when we were forced from the sturdy tent into the relative safety of the sturdy barn, where we sensibly stayed for about an hour). Fortunately, on that memorable occasion, the supply of quality J. Henry beverages was more than ample and made for a cheery hiatus. 

Chef Kyle Knall of Birch—once again in the running for a James Beard Award for Best Chef: Midwest—returns to the field kitchen. Kyle joined us last year on a gorgeous afternoon and evening at Meadowlark Farm. We are so pleased to have him back.
