Savanna Institute's Perennial Farm Gathering, held each year for perennial food and farming enthusiasts, will be back in-person for the first time in five years at Monona Terrace in Madison. The Perennial Farm Gathering is a vital networking opportunity for farmers, foresters, researchers, chefs, Indigenous leaders, activists, policymakers, and investors who make up the perennial agriculture community. Award-winning Chef Sean Sherman, founder of The Sioux Chef, will deliver the keynote address “The (R)evolution of Indigenous Foodways.” Students and farmers receive 15% off tickets with the discount code FOOD15 at registration.

On Saturday, October 5th free farm tours are also available at Savanna Institute’s Campus in Spring Green, WI, located an hour west of Madison. All are welcome!
