With the abundance of fresh summer fruits and vegetables, Chef Lawler presents a spectacular new menu, highlighting sumptuous seasonal flavors, all with his unique flair and innovation. The Chef’s emphasis on farm-to-table cuisine showcases the extraordinary array of Wisconsin’s agricultural heritage and local artisan producers.
The meal begins with an imaginative Georgia peach salad, followed by a refreshing watermelon gazpacho. Entrées include pan seared Alaskan sockeye salmon and sweet and tangy pomegranate barbecue ribs. Dessert follows with a de-constructed, yet artful, strawberry immersion.
Chef Lawler will stay open to the availability of seasonal produce, and the menu will evolve to reflect the harvest and his creative approach to locally sourced cuisine.
Culinary Dinner Theater is our signature event, where the chef is the star, our sommelier and mixologists the co-stars, and you, our guests, are the audience, and your palates the judges. Our Chefs will treat you to an extraordinary multi-course feast, where each course is paired perfectly with wine and spirits.
You’ll dine in a comfortably distant, but still intimate setting, inside, in our newly upscaled dining room. One seating, 6:00 p.m. Reservations are required with a $20 deposit per person to reserve your seat. You’ll pay the remaining balance when you check in prior to start of event. Reservation deadline is two days before the dinner.
