OVERVIEW
Join us for a weekend experience incorporating yoga, meditation, and the principles of mindful self-compassion. This three-day event is an opportunity to unplug while working on your own personal growth. The weekend will be led by Jeanne Kolker, a licensed therapist and certified yoga therapist trained in Mindful Self-Compassion, and Abigail Kearns, a clinical social worker and clinic director of Insight. We will experience gentle yoga, meditation, and healing sound bath. Each day's lunches will be catered by a local chef. We also have a block of rooms reserved at the Hyatt Place, 846 Liberty Drive in Verona, at a special rate of $129/night, if you're visiting from out of town. Schedule:
6:30-8 p.m.: Opening circle with gentle yoga and meditation.
Saturday:
9 a.m.: Share circle, set schedule for the day, yoga practice
10:15-10:30 a.m.: Break
10:30-11 a.m.: Walking meditation on bike path if weather allows, otherwise seated meditation
11 a.m.-noon: Intro to Self-Compassion
Noon-1: Catered lunch in the house
1 p.m.-2:30 p.m.: Self-Compassion programming
2:30-2:45 p.m.: Break
2:45-4 p.m.: Self-Compassion programming
4 p.m.-6 p.m.: Yoga practice with Sound Bath
6 p.m.: On your own for dinner.

9 a.m. Grounding meditation and Q&A
10-10:15 a.m.: Break
10:30-11:30 a.m.: Yoga practice
12-1: Catered lunch, closing circle and plans for continued growth -
