OVERVIEW
After a summer break to get outside and play, Story Hour: The Improv Musical is back with more fun and laughter for families with children 12 and under!
Before the show, we invite you to read the surreal and beloved Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak. During the performance, we’ll gather creative ideas from our young audience and transform them into an on-the-spot musical spectacular. We’ll ask: What really happened to Max during his wild journey? Expect a funny, engaging, and delightfully silly experience the whole family will enjoy.
Doors open at 9:40am. Because only street parking is available, we recommend allowing a bit of extra time. With a dedicated “wiggle space” and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this show is a joyful way to introduce young minds to the performing arts. Don’t miss this interactive musical adventure! Tickets are $6, and guests 2 and under are free. -
