Join us every 1st and 3rd Sunday, for Jazz Yoga with Lindsay Rogers. You will move your body through a one-hour flow class to jazz music. The class starts at 1 PM in the back room.
Lindsay is a dancer and a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, Reiki Master, and Trauma Informed Healer.
