We’re teaming up with our sister restaurant HWY1 and the tequila legends at Don Julio for a one-night-only celebration of National Tequila Day at Everly. Join us for a four-course dinner crafted by Executive Chef Diego Guzmán, with each course paired with a bold tequila cocktail—including a splashy Don Julio 1942 finale.

Expect brisket flautas, seared tuna tostadas, pork pastor tacos, and a cheesecake chimichanga—plus pours, pairings, and stories from the Don Julio team themselves.
