DelecTable kicks off autumn with a menu designed to honor Wisconsin’s seasonal harvest. This ambitious menu springs from the creative mind of Chef Jake Lawler. Chef Jake’s emphasis is always on locally sourced ingredients, and this menu is a stellar example of his commitment. The imprint of Wisconsin’s diverse and delicious produce shines throughout this menu, and is the perfect start to another adventurous season in DelecTable’s popular dinner series.
Chef Lawler will stay open to the availability of seasonal produce, and the menu will evolve to reflect the harvest and his creative approach to locally sourced cuisine.

One seating, 6:00 p.m. Reservations are required with a $20 deposit per person to reserve your seat. On-line registration closes two days before the dinner, but you’re welcome to call the store after that to see if there is space available.
This dinner is inside seating only. If current guidelines permit, we may seat two couples, registered separately in general seating, together at one table for four. We request that you be fully vaccinated and we will ask your permission to be seated with another couple. Chef’s Table and the Bar are adjacent seating, so you will have others seated at your side.

**Full Tasting Pour is about half a drink per pairing (i.e. approximately 2.5oz wine, 0.75oz spirit, 6oz beer). Half Tasting Pour is half of that. You are also welcome to order drinks from our full bar before or during dinner. Whatever your choice, please plan accordingly for getting home safely.
