Charcuterie 101 is the perfect place to start. We’ll cover the basics of building a balanced and eye-catching "Fineee, I'll Share" sized board, including design tips, color balance, and pairing ideas using festive autumn ingredients. No experience needed, just bring your creativity and appetite. Hosted by one of our trained charcuterie artists from Tricky Foods, this 1.5 hour class will teach you how to create a show-stopping Thanksgiving board that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.
