Charcuterie 101 is the perfect place to start. We’ll cover the basics of building a balanced and eye-catching"Fineee, I'll Share" sized board, including design tips, color balance, and pairing ideas. No experience needed, just bring your holiday spirit.

Hosted by one of our trained charcuterie artists from Tricky Foods, this 1.5 hour class will teach you how to create stunning salami roses, orange flowers, and festive garnishes that will wow your guests all season long.
