Take a journey "inside" as you immerse yourself in modalities designed to enhance the mind-body connection. Through corrective movement, breathwork, journaling, and ice bathing you'll have the opportunity to peek behind the curtain to your subconscious, and build more awareness of the connection between your physical and mental states. Complete with a farm-to-table lunch, and held in the beautiful setting of a nature center, you'll leave feeling refreshed, invigorated, and at peace.
