OVERVIEW
Workshop will be on location at Melissa's Dye Studio in Mt Horeb. We will be covering vat dyeing, 'kettle dyeing" (really a flat pan), hand painting, and glazing. As glazing is done on dry, already dyed yarn, a small sample for each person to glaze will be provided. If anyone wants to learn how to mix dyes to set up a home dyeing operation, Melissa will cover that as well. Some talk of color theory is also involved. 2 Skeins will be provided. Extras can be purchased day of for $15 each
