This workshop is great for anyone brand new to yoga or for anyone wishing to deepen their practice. At the core of this workshop is a breakdown of a vinyasa (flow) styled class. You will experience and learn how to move through Sun Salutations: the most commonly used fundamental sequence in Flow Yoga, along with what to expect in a typical flow class. We will go over poses in detail, and you will receive personal recommendations and alignment assistance catered to your unique body. We will also go over the basics of core strength, breathing in yoga, and common cues so you feel strong and confident in your yoga practice!
