We are excited to bring yoga to Young Blood Beer + Plain Spoke Cocktail Company!YOUR CHOICE, two classes + two venues!Schedule:
- 10 am - Restorative Slow Flow. Gentle, flowing stretches. Class is appropriate for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Includes a Young Blood Beer Company brew in the taproom.
- 12 pm - All levels Vinyasa Flow. Movement linked to breath. Slowly build heat, strengthen and stretch. Includes a Plain Spoke Cocktail in the cocktail lounge.
Each class includes one beverage + $1 off four pack purchases.Must be 21 + Valid ID.Details:All levels welcome
