Zac Matthews Band was founded in 2014 and has been traveling the world playing music ever since. Composed of three best friends who share a passion of delivering high energy performances, writing music, and meeting people from all different backgrounds. ZMB has recorded two Nashville studio albums and are currently working on their third. The award-winning band has been featured in the Wisconsin State Journal, Best of Madison, Midwest Quarterly, Milwaukee Journal Sentinal, The Janesville Gazette, and on TV.
Zac Matthews Band was voted the #1 Country Band in the State of Wisconsin in 2019 and 2021.
Zac Matthews won the Best New Male Act in Country Music award in Nashville TN when he was 18 years old and made it on the television show “American Idol” in 2019.
Zac Matthews Band has opened road dates for DUSTIN LYNCH, RANDY HOUSER, CHRIS LANE, KELSEA BALLERINI, TYLER FARR, CASSADEE POPE, PARMALEE, GRANGER SMITH, COLT FORD, CRAIG CAMPBELL, LEANN RIMES, KENTUCKY HEADHUNTERS, DAVID ALLAN COE, MADDIE & TAE, AND MORE!!
The band has performed on Legendary stages such as – The Ryman Auditorium (Nashville), The Wildhorse Saloon (Nashville), The Rave, The Taste of Madison, The Apollo Theater, The Grand Theater, and the Barrymore Theater, Country Thunder, The Hodag Country Festival, and so many more!!
