Trained staff will take care of all things boat-related, all you have to do is show up. For the ultimate Madison experience, paddle to one of the "Top 10 Paddle Destinations"—there are four on Lake Monona.

 

Brittingham Boats is downtown Madison’s premier paddle destination. Offering paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, paddle boats or rowboats on Monona Bay. Paddle on Lake Monona where natural landscape meets cityscape. See impressive buildings including the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Monona Terrace, and the Wisconsin State Capitol.

 

Madison Boats is a community of lake lovers at three amazing locations. They make getting out on the water with friends, family or by yourself easy and fun. Owner Tyler Leeper has been with Madison Boats since age 14 and strives to share his love for the lakes through boat rentals, services and events.

 

Please note: These activities are weather dependent, and unfortunately we do have to cancel at times when weather causes safety concerns. No refunds, but your experience never expires. You may reschedule as often as you'd like at madisonboats.com.

 

Weather can affect which boats are available. We'll let you know what options are available to you when you arrive, but you should have your choice between a canoe, single kayak, tandem kayak, paddle boat, or stand up paddle board. All boats must be back by 8 p.m.
