Guest speaker Joe Veneto, aka “The Opportunity Guy,” will demonstrate what you and your organization can do to engineer Unforgettable Visitor Experiences. Joe has been working with destinations throughout the United States since 2004 to design, craft, script, and stage Unforgettable Visitors Experiences.
In addition, Janine Wachter, Director of Convention and Event Services at the Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB), will focus on why the GMCVB is investing in experiential tourism and development. Janine will join Joe Veneto to outline how GMCVB partners can participate in the 2018 Experiential Development project, an innovative process to assist our partners with engineering new, experiential offerings.
