With more than 21,000 tourism related jobs in Dane County, the Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau and Madison College have designed a customer service course specifically for Madison. In this three-hour program, you will gain insight into essential Madison information to help you create the kinds of experiences visitors expect—and come back for!
The course, geared towards front-line, visitor-facing staff members, covers the resources and information about aspects of the city that will ensure you know all that Madison offers and can share that knowledge with visitors! You will learn about city neighborhoods, surrounding communities, dining options and top attractions. And you won’t be sitting still the whole time; this course includes interactive activities such as customer service scenarios, how to build custom, real-time itineraries for guests and more.
