OVERVIEW
Join us this Friday for our second Basque feast to celebrate our trip to Spain. This will be a six course tasting menu full of the regions flavors. We will begin with pintxos followed by salt cod and bread soup. A sampling of Basque style steak will be served before our main course of chorizo and potato stew followed by our cheese course. Basque cheesecake will be served for dessert. Dinner will begin at 6:30. Please arrive at least 30 minutes in advance for seating and drinks. Make it a weekend on the farm and book our AirBnB farmstay.
