One of the perks of being a Destination Madison partner is getting invited to a year's worth of events dedicated to networking, learning and creating connections! We've refreshed our offerings for 2025 to offer three different event series:

• Partner Start Up Series: Kick-start your partnership by joining one of our quarterly orientation sessions. Each is designed to help new partners meet, mingle and maximize the benefits of being a Destination Madison partner.
• Partner Pop Up Series: This experiential event series takes our guests behind the scenes at the Greater Madison hot spots everyone is talking about! It's your chance to get out and about + stay in the know as Madison grows.
• Partner Workshop Series: This educational event series features short sessions with big tourism takeaways. From data deep dives to trending topics in our industry, you'll walk away with tools you can use to build your business.

Partner Start Up Series

Partner Start Up | May 12, 2026 | 2-4 p.m. 

Join us at the premier meet and greet event designed to kick-start your partnership. This onboarding orientation series — held quarterly to welcome new partners — is your chance to meet our team, mingle with partner peers, and learn tips and tricks for making the most of your partnership with Destination Madison.

Ideal for new partners and new employees joining existing partner businesses.

Partner Pop Up Series

Partner Pop Up x Forward Club | March 18, 2026 | 3:30-5:30 p.m.

Don’t miss your chance to go behind the scenes at the Madison hot spots everyone is talking about.

This experiential event series—held at partner businesses throughout the community—is your chance to meet the owners, learn business best practices and network with partner peers.

Mix, mingle and go Full Mingo at our first Partner Pop Up event of the year! Join us at Breese Stevens Field—celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2026. Enjoy a behind-the-scenes stadium tour where you’ll learn more about the Forward Madison and Rally Madison teams before hanging out at happy hour with hospitality partner peers in the exclusive Forward Club.

Partner Workshop Series

Creating Confidence in Conflict Resolution | April 15, 2026 | 10-11 a.m.

It’s hard not to love Madison’s “Midwest Nice” vibe. Living and working in a friendly, welcoming community feels easy… until it’s not. If conflict crops up in your workplace, will you be ready to de-escalate?

We’re proud to partner with CultureAlly on an interactive session designed to help participants understand the roots of conflict in the workplace, including the ways unconscious bias and microaggressions contribute to tension. This facilitator-led, power-hour training is packed with tools that teach effective de-escalation strategies through empathy, calm communication and active listening. Each participant will walk away with helpful resources and a session recording to review and share within their workplace.
