Lake Monona

The second in our beloved chain of lakes, Lake Monona offers a bundle of fun. Biergartens. Brittingham Boats. There’s so much to do we just had to boast.

Not a water person? Around the lake, you can experience Olbrich Gardens or the historical Lizard Effigy Mound. While you’re at it, there’s a pretty great view of the Capitol too. So come and soak in the beauty of one of many Madison lakes.
