Chef Kyle Julius is serving up bold, creative dishes using the freshest local ingredients—aka comfort food with a serious upgrade.

🥢 Kimchi & Shiitake Mushroom Fried Rice (VG, GF) – savory, umami-packed fried rice with a rich chili crisp kick
🌽 Italian Sausage & Sweet Corn Fritters (VG, GF) – crispy bites with smoky tomato romesco and fresh herbs
🍲 Chochoyotes en Molado (VG, GF) – masa dumplings in a deep, rich mole broth with roasted squash
🍪 Hickory Nut, Elderberry & Dark Chocolate Cookies (VG, GF) – chewy, chocolatey, and just a little fruity
