Artisan Cheese with the Perfect Companions
Many people can identify a good, very good or great cheese, but can they make that cheese even better with a spectacular pairing?
This class will focus on our normal tastings of great artisan cheeses, but also put emphasis on what to pair with those cheeses to really make them “pop.” We’ll employ locally made crackers, conserves courtesy of Quince & Apple and other items to discuss what creates a good cheese pairing that truly excites the taste buds.
